Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is centered around building a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, or what is best for each individual client's needs. I believe in the power of empathy and active listening to clients' concerns, working collaboratively towards healing and personal growth.
I offer all sessions remotely via Zoom or phone. I provide convenient access to therapy for anyone living in Northern or Southern CA to include areas such as Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Long Beach to name a few. We can meet from the privacy and comfort of your own home, making it easier to prioritize your well-being without the stress of travel or scheduling constraints.
