In grief counseling, you’ll have a safe and understanding space to process your pain, honor your loss, and find your way forward at your own pace. Caring for others can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be exhausting and isolating. Caregiver support sessions offer you a space to focus on your own emotional well-being while navigating the demands of caring for someone you love. You’ll gain tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and nurture yourself with the same compassion you give to others.

$150 per Individual Session

I can submit your claim to the insurance that you are eligible for, for your convenience. Any copay will be due at time of service. I can also provide a super bill for any out of network clients.
